The Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra features a glass back with a satin finish. The frame is still aluminum though. The back panel of Samsung Galaxy Note20 ultra is protected by the successor to the Gorilla Glass 6, all-new Gorilla Glass Victus which ensures more fall safety and scratch resistance than ever. It is available in two colors: Mystic Black and Mystic Bronze.
On the back, it houses triple rear lenses with the huge rectangular camera bump. It comes with the new IP68 certified S pen now positioned to the left. Its input latency has reduced from 42ms to 9ms. It also features new “Air Actions” which enables you to navigate the phone, takes screenshots, etc. without physically connecting the phone’s screen with the S pen.

The Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra comes with a big 6.9 inches WQHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity O display. Like the rear panel, the display is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus. It has a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. Its resolution is 1440 x 3088 pixels and has an impressive 92.5% screen-to-body ratio.

The Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra sports a triple-camera structure at the back. It comes with a 108MP main sensor with 0.8µm pixel size with PDAF and OIS. Furthermore, there’s a 12MP f/3.0 periscope telephoto lens that enables 5x optical zoom and up to 50x hybrid zoom. You can record videos up to 8k @24fps from the rear camera. In the front, there’s a single selfie camera of 10MP lens that can also shoot 4K videos @ 60fps.

It has octa-core (1×3.0 GHz Kryo 585 & 3×2.42 GHz Kryo 585 & 4×1.8 GHz Kryo 585) CPU for the USA, China, and South Korea whereas rest of the world will get octa-core (2×2.73 GHz Mongoose M5 & 2×2.50 GHz Cortex-A76 & 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) CPU.
In terms of memory, Galaxy Note20 Ultra comes with 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM with either 128, 256, or 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage in the 5G variant which can be upgraded to 1 TB with MicroSD card. Similarly, LTE models will come with 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM with 256 or 512 GB of storage which can be expanded up to 1 TB with MicroSD card. The phone can be used as a digital key with the help of UWB (Ultra WideBand) technology.
